Well, just felt like I should leave a sign of life seeing as I haven't submitted anything in quite a while. I'm still very slow at finishing projects and stuff, partially because I have some other stuff to do and (mostly) because I'm still an amateur >.> but I'm getting there, I promise! (not that anyone really cares).

So yeah, some stuff happend since my last submission/rant. For instance the new semester started a month ago, and big news: it'll probably be my last semester at that university and in that field of studies, at least for quite a while. The reason being that I'm going to start studying Japanese next semester. Yep. Japanese. Like, the language, culture, economy, politics, history and stuff. Why? Because, that's why Well, actually it's because I'm very interested in all that stuff (yes, it all started with Anime, so what?), and a few weeks ago there was something called the "Japanorama" where the Institute for East Asia Sciences (I hope I'm translating this correctly) held some exhibits and workshops for a week. And on one of these days was an introduction to the Japanese studies which I attended and that was what finally conviced me to give it a go and at least see where it'll get me.

So that's the plan for next semester. In the current semester I'm actually only attending 2 courses, one of them being the one I failed last semester and which I'll need if I ever want to continue my IT studies at some point.
The other one is a seminar, Arts & Computers, which I'm pretty excited about. We already got our first assignment: a self-portrait in some form. And it's due coming Monday >.> So yeah, that's what I'm currently working on. I'm actually trying to do 2 pictures, guess that's why the overall progress is kinda slow, but I'm getting there. I'll probably embarrass myself with these pictures, but whatever

And of course I'm still trying to get the job situation storted out... it's been like over half a year since they approached me and I did write quite some stuff for them, but it's apparently still not certain if I'll actually get to work for money there, so... meh, we'll see. I just want to get some money so I can pay off the student loan I owe my family and the ones to come in the future, the 2 figures I pre-ordered (......shuddup) and I want to save towards the new Wacom Cintiq 13 ;_; I wants so much stuffs but gots so little moneys

Oh well, lets hope it'll work out somehow, I can't do anything but try my best so guess I'll see how far this will get me to reach my dreams.
